Push the cloudy Qi (You have it because of stress, anxiety, anger, etc.) out of your meridians and fill in the Yang Qi, which will improve your immune system and give you energy. You will notice how useful it is when you go hiking. Also improves your quality of sleep.
Effects
The color of the vein under the tongue can be an indicator of the quality of your blood. If it is dark purple and you have other symptoms like headache, it is likely a sign of a clogged vessel resulting in high blood pressure. The good news is that it can be recovered without medication.
The right two images compare the color of the vein on day 0 to that after practicing Wuji Gong for 15 days. The color changed from purple to light blue, and the headache was gone.
